About Leslie Rummel

I received my undergraduate degree in English from Washington State University. During my career, I've held diverse roles in supply chain for a global engineering, procurement, and construction company. I'm passionate about people development, diversity and inclusion, continuous performance improvement, and corporate social responsibility. I enjoy traveling, streaming shows, wine tasting, trying new restaurants and cuisines, reading fiction novels, listening to political podcasts, going to concerts, and visiting the beach as often as possible. I have been married for seven years and we are proud (and exhausted) parents of a Golden Retriever puppy named Cooper, who is attempting to become a social media influencer (@coop_doggy_dogg_22).
